Robot ready to investigate world, amidst war with Corona virus: A great deal has come for warriors fighting the Corona virus. Scientists have found a successful way to prevent infection. Scientists in Denmark have prepared a unique robot for the Kovid-19 test. Use of this will reduce the risk of virus infection to health workers.
Robot ready for corona test
It is being claimed that this robot is the first fully automatic machine in the world. It was designed by Industry 4.0 Lab at Southern Denmark University. The robot takes a swab from the patient’s neck through the Disposal Tool. Then after that, keep the swab in a glass bottle and close it. According to the university’s press release, the use of robots in the test of Kovid-19 will help health workers immensely. They will get a sample for investigation without coming into contact with the corona infected person. For the swab test, a long earbud-like swab is inserted into the nose or throat to sample.
Due to which health workers taking samples are at risk of getting infected. But the use of robots will reduce the risk of infection.
World’s first automatic robot
The biggest feature of the robot is the 3D printer technology used in it. The lab that designed the machine says that preparations are continuing in collaboration with Danish startup Lifeline Robotics. It is expected that by the end of June the robot will start testing patients. After that the machines will be offered for sale. Currently the construction of the robot is still in the initial stage. But a model of this is being made for use. This alone will directly test the corona infection. However, before this, scientists in Singapore have designed disinfecting robots.
